I've had the priviledge of finding myself in a lot of amazing places
over the years, and sometimes, I even remembered to bring a camera
along. Whether I was attending a professional car race event, or acting
like a dork in my home town, it was always fun to take some pictures.
Enjoy!
Rocky Mountain Rally 2004
Generally speaking, I am a huge fan of anything that goes fast, so
you can imagine how excited I get when the Canadian Rally circuit
makes a stop near my home town every May.
Rally is the hotness, it really is. Fast, all-wheel drive cars, being
force-fed by huge turbos, driven by lunatic drivers who will do 160km/h
down a single lane dirt road filled with potholes that could swallow
a bus.....with their windshields covered with mud. Does it get any
better?
Rocky Mountain Rally 2003
Easily
the funnest day of 2003, hands down. This was my second year to attend
the Rocky Mountain Rally, and it did not dissapoint. I had so much
fun.
In 2002, the cars were slogging through deep snow and mud. In 2003
it was super hot and very dry. How the weather changes here. We got
sunburned, but in the name of blow-off valves and all-wheel-drive,
it was worth it.
Bike Show 2006
Every
year, Rob and I visit the local bike show to drool on the year's new
models. I look forward to this. It's a time to hang out with my cuz,
sit on some bikes, and re-affirm my belief that Honda makes some of
the best machinery the world will ever know.
This year, my favorite bikes were Honda's CBR 1000 and VFR Interceptor.
Dream.
